Brok-air Aviation Group opens hangar at Castellón Airport
“The opening of the hangar allows us to expand the range of services in aircraft maintenance that we currently provide our clients.”
A long-awaited opening
Brok-air Aviation Group has opened its first hangar in Castellón Airport, offering airlines a convenient location to carry out base maintenance, avionics modifications and structural repairs among other services.
It has taken several years of planning and development, but the 2,500 square metre hangar has finally opened its doors to Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 family fleets. Among our comprehensive maintenance services, we also offer aircraft storage and preservation.
Our first guests
After many months of hard work and the involvement of almost all our departments, we couldn’t be happier to see the positive reception this ambitious project has had among our current and future clients.
To inaugurate our hangar, we are performing 4-year C Checks on several A320 NEO aircraft with PW1100G engines. This specific check entails 1000 hours of work, aside from extra hours that might be necessary for unscheduled tasks and possible findings.
In addition to these 4-year C checks, we will also be carrying out main and nose landing gear replacements on several A320 CEO.

A convenient location for airlines and lessors
“Castellón airport has many conditions that favour not only our maintenance and engineering activity, but also airlines and lessors.”
Brok-air has been linked to Castellón Airport since 2019. “We started with a small modular office and now we have 30 employees working here”, says our co-CEO and co-founder, Santiago Rosas. A number that will continue to grow as we expand our services.
The facilities at Castellón Airport make it ideal for maintenance tasks due to its versatility and location, situated only an hour north from Valencia on the Mediterranean coast.
Just the beginning
True to our quest for innovation, our plans don’t end here. In the near future we will be opening different Semasa workshops to offer our clients the opportunity to repair and overhaul aircraft components in situ, saving them extra transportation costs.
